I recommend that if you are using the autosort lockers mod to install the resource monitor mod too. my clops is a power hog several modded modules i have in the sub are always draining power normally. seems to do an awesome job at keeping it charged. then you just jump back in and back to mining.įor charging i use a combination of both the thermal reactor mod for the clops and the clops docking mod. that when the storage on the prawn is full you dock, hop out, system auto empties containers transfers and sorts them. then you can turn the clops into a fully operational drill platform. if you install vehicle storage access mod into the game with the autosort lockers, then you can have your base or cyclops immediately empty the containers of the prawn or seamoth storage units when you dock with the base. i highly recommend trying out some of the inventory management mods, like autosort lockers and when the mod author releases the new version of Alterra Data Storage Solutions i highly recommend replacing the autosort lockers with the data mod. the ladder and exit hatch for the cyclops while docked functions just like using a ladder inside of a base. that will let you know the charge level of the cyclops. once installed the game will automatically place a ladder at the connection point, and a sign that is tied to the mod itself. ![]() it functions similar to the vertical connectors used in base construction. yep its a fairly newer mod, but ive been using it since a few days after they released the mod. I've never played Subnautica wiht Mods before, but I've looked at them and don't recall there being a useable docking mod for it.
